​Who is the insurer?

The insurer is an entrepreneurial legal entity (insurance organization) of Turkmenistan, which is a party to an insurance (reinsurance) agreement and has a corresponding license to carry out insurance activities on the basis of this Law, which in the event of an insured event (event) stipulated by the insurance agreement, the payment of the insurance amount (insurance compensation) in the manner prescribed by the insurance contract or the laws of Turkmenistan.
